And well always stay friends.,stay 意思是“保持；使处于某种状态”,8. raise / rise raise和rise这两个词均有“提高;升起”之意。但两者用法有区别：,1) raise是及物动词, 其主语通常是人;而rise是不及物动词, 其主语通常是物。如： The girl cant raise that box. 这个女孩举不起那个箱子。 The sun rises in the east. 太阳从东方升起。,2) raise表示“(人为地)使某物提升”; 而rise表示“(自然或非主观因素地)上升; 升高”。如: The pri
