1、 基于 PLC的运动控制实验装置研究中英文摘要年 级:2004 级学 号:20040983姓 名:魏超专 业:机械设计制造及其自动化指导老师:肖世德2007 年 6 月 基于 PLC 的运动控制实验装置研究学生:魏超 指导教师:肖世德单位:机械工程学院 机械设计制造及其自动化 2004 级摘 要可编程序控制器(PLC)是综合了计算机技术,自动控制技术和通讯技术的新型的、通用的自动控制装置。它具有功能强、可靠性高、易于编程及适应工业环境下应用等一系列优点。近十年来,它在工业自动化,机电一体化,传统产业技术等方面的应用越来越广,成为现代工业控制的三大支柱之一。该运动控制实验装置是在实验室现有设备的
2、基础上,以松下 FP系列 FPG-C32T 型号的PLC 为基本控制核心,改装而成的。可以实现水平面内的点动、点位连续控制,以及两个平面图形的演示功能。操作界面选取 MCGS 组态软件设计,简单易懂,美观大方。论文共分为六章。第一章绪论部分主要介绍了 PLC 作为运动控制的国内外研究现状。第二章简单介绍了 PLC 和运动控制技术的基础知识。第三章对该运动控制实验装置进行了总体设计,包括功能分析、机械结构设计、控制方案选择、硬件及软件的总体规划等。第四章主要包括各硬件的选型及控制电路接线的设计。第五章为软件部分,详细讲述了控制系统各部分的梯形图编程设计。第六章为操作界面设计,重点阐述了该控制系统

5、dition industry techniques, etc, and has become one of the worlds three pillars of modern industry control area.The experimental device of motion control takes FPG-C32T model which belongs to FP series in Panasonic as the basic control core by using the existing equipments in laboratory.It can reali
6、ze spot move control、point continuous control and demo functions of two flat graphics.By using MCGS software to design the operation interface make it easy to understand and beautiful to appear.The thesis is divided into six chapters. In chapter 1 , the research on the status quo at home and abroad
7、of taking PLC as motion control is given out. In chapter 2, a brief introduction to the PLC and the technology of motion control is given out. In chapter 3, the overall design of experimental device of motion control including function analysis, mechanical structure design, the choosing of control p
8、roject, and the overall planning of hardware and software is given out. In chapter 4, it mainly includes the choosing of hardware and the design of control circuit wiring. In chapter 5, the ladder programming design process of each parts of the control system is discussed in detail. In the chapter 6
9、,the design process of operation interface of the control system is elaborated. The last part of thesis is the summary and conclusion of the whole design process.
