2、地 利 用 计算 机 来 解 决 我 们 生 活 中 的 实 际 问 题 了 。 近 几 年 来 ， 由 于 财 务 工 资 制 度 的 不 断 改 革 ，各 级 项 目 人 员 对 财 务 工 资 信 息 管 理 计 算 机 化 的 需 求 也 与 日 俱 增 。 因 为 对 大 多 数 的企 业 管 理 者 而 言 ， 如 何 有 效 的 管 理 企 业 的 财 务 工 资 ， 使 其 发 挥 最 大 的 效 益 ， 是 每位 企 业 管 理 者 不 断 面 临 的 难 题 与 挑 战 。 所 以 财 务 工 资 管 理 系 统 成 为 了 企 业 管 理 中的 重 中 之 重 。以 前
3、财 务 工 资 甚 至 还 采 用 人 力 处 理 方 法 ， 这 样 不 仅 效 率 低 下 ， 不 易 保 存 和 查找 ， 更 多 的 会 由 于 人 为 的 原 因 ， 造 成 数 据 的 遗 漏 ， 差 错 ， 误 报 ， 从 而 给 企 业 带 来重 大 的 损 失 。 因 此 ， 开 发 一 个 界 面 友 好 ， 功 能 全 面 ， 操 作 简 单 的 基 于B/S(Browser/Server)结 构 的 财 务 工 资 管 理 系 统 变 得 十 分 重 要 ， 这 也 正 是 本 系 统 开发 的 目 的 和 意 义 所 在 。 本 系 统 将 采 用 目 前 比 较 先
4、 进 的 MyEclipse10 开 发 工 具 和Mysql数 据 库 进 行 设 计 。本 系 统 前 台 主 要 使 用 JSP作 为 开 发 语 言 ， 后 台 使 用 MYSQL作 为 数 据 库 管 理 系统 ， 开 发 环 境 是 MyEclipse， 服 务 器 采 用 tomcat， 开 发 出 的 一 个 基 于 Web技 术 的B/S 结 构 的 财 务 工 资 管 理 系 统 。 财 务 工 资 管 理 系 统 是 将 IT 技 术 用 于 财 务 工 资 信息 的 管 理 , 它 能 够 收 集 与 存 储 财 务 工 资 的 档 案 信 息 ， 提 供 更 新 与
5、检 索 财 务 工 资 信息 档 案 的 接 口 ； 提 高 工 作 效 率 。 系 统 采 用 JSP为 编 程 语 言 。 论 文 主 要 介 绍 了 本 课题 的 开 发 背 景 ， 所 要 完 成 的 功 能 和 开 发 的 过 程 。 重 点 的 说 明 了 系 统 设 计 的 重 点 、设 计 思 想 、 难 点 技 术 和 解 决 方 案 。关键字财 务 工 资 、 JSP、 MYSQL、 MyEclipseABSTRACTWith the popularization of the rapid development of the national economy andcom
