1、TGC-SSOP-064/4目的Purpose1.1为规范化学药品的管理、使用，保证其对产品的安全性,特制定本文件。This document has been prepared to regulate the management and use of chemicals, and ensure their safety to products.2范围Scope2.1本文件适用于与生产相关的化学品的采购、使用及管理，包括洗涤剂、消毒剂、杀虫剂 、润滑剂及实验室化学试剂等。This document applies to the purchase, use and management of
2、chemicals used for production, including detergents, disinfectants, pesticides, lubricants and experimental chemicals.3职责Responsibilities3.1质控部负责化验室相关化学品的采购和管理及建立化学品清单。The Quality Dept. shall be responsible for the purchase and management of chemicals used by the testing lab, establishing a list of
3、chemicals.3.2开发部负责三楼实验室及模具房相关化学品的采购和管理。The Product R&D Dept. shall be responsible for the purchase and management of chemicals used for the lab and mold room on the third floor.3.3生产部负责生产场所相关化学品的采购和管理。The Manufacturing Dept. shall be responsible for the purchase and management of chemicals used in p
4、roduction spaces.3.4工程部负责生产场所相关化学品及锅炉房实验室相关化学试剂的采购和管理。The Engineering Dept. shall be responsible for the purchase and management of chemicals used in production spaces and the lab of the boiler room.3.5人力资源及行政部负责洗衣房及食堂相关化学品的采购和管理。The HR & Administration Dept. shall be responsible for the purchase an
5、d management of chemicals used in the laundry and canteen.4内容Content4.1化学品的选用Selection of materials4.1.1实验用化学试剂Experimental chemicals4.1.1.1按实验操作标准要求选用化学试剂，并提供物料安全数据表（MSDS）。Chemicals shall be selected according to the operating standard of the experiment, and material safety datasheets (MSDSs) shall
6、 be provided.4.1.2消毒剂Disinfectants4.1.2.1仔细查看产品包装标签及使用说明书，了解消毒剂的适用范围和杀菌性能,根据自己的使用目的和对象选用；直接用于消毒食品设备、工器具及人手部的消毒剂必须是食品级消毒剂。Check the package label and instruction sheet of the product carefully to understand its scope of application and disinfection performance, and determine if it is suited to the pu
7、rpose and target of use; any disinfectant used to disinfect food processing equipment, tools, instruments and hands must be of the food grade.4.1.2.2生产及销售企业必须取得卫生许可证和卫生许可批件，并提供物料安全数据表（MSDS）。The manufacturing and marketing enterprises must have obtained a sanitary license and a sanitary approval, and
8、 supply the MSDS.4.1.3清洁剂Detergents4.1.3.1仔细查看产品包装标签及使用说明书，根据自己的使用目的和对象选用；直接用于清洁食品设备、工器具及人手部的清洁剂必须是食品级清洁剂。Check the package label and instruction sheet of the product carefully to determine if it is suited to the purpose and target of use; any detergent used directly to clean food processing equipme
9、nt, tools, instruments and hands must be of the food grade.4.1.4润滑剂Lubricants4.1.4.1仔细查看产品包装标签及使用说明书，根据自己的使用目的和对象选用；润滑比较接近食品的机械，必须是食品级润滑油。Check the package label and instruction sheet of the product carefully to determine if it is suited to the purpose and target of use; any lubricant used to lubric
10、ate machines close to food must be of the food grade.4.1.4.2生产及销售企业须提供润滑油的物料安全数据表（MSDS）。The manufacturing and marketing enterprises shall supply the MSDS of the lubricant.4.1.5油墨Ink4.1.5.1选用无苯油墨。A benzene-free ink shall be used.4.1.5.2生产及销售企业须提供物料安全数据表（MSDS）。The manufacturing and marketing enterpris
11、e shall supply an MSDS.4.1.6杀虫剂Insecticides4.1.6.1杀虫剂必须是经过国家注册的药物。The insecticide must have been registered by the state.4.1.6.2生产及销售企业提供：物料安全数据表（MSDS），农药登记证。The manufacturing and marketing enterprises shall provide the MSDS and the certificate of pesticide registration.4.2化学品的使用Use of chemicals4.2.
12、1严格按照产品说明使用；Chemicals shall be used in strict compliance with instructions.4.2.2不得使用过保质期的产品。Chemicals beyond the shelf life shall not be used.4.3化学品的贮藏和管理Storage and management of chemicals4.3.1有专用的化学品储存间，与原料、包装材料、产品在空间上隔离存放；There shall be a dedicated chemicals store room, and chemicals shall be sep
13、arated spatially from raw materials, packing materials and products;4.3.2所有化学品一定要有标识，并与内容物一致；All chemicals shall be marked properly;4.3.3取得物料安全数据表（MSDS）的化学品，严格按照其存放要求贮存；Chemicals with the MSDS shall be stored in strict compliance with their storage requirements;4.3.4各部门有专人保管化学品，使用时登记；杀虫剂由灭虫公司保管，不得随意
14、在本公司存放。Each department shall designate a person to be responsible specifically for the storage and registration of chemicals; insecticides shall be stored by the pest control company and shall not be stored in the Company without authorization.4.4纠正措施Corrective actions4.4.1必要时评估对产品的安全风险决定产品的处理，采取措施防
