7、patchedaccordingtothecontracttermsbyexpressairmail.卖方有关另外用特快邮寄壹套单据给开证申请人的证明书及邮寄底单.9.CertificateofNoWoodenPackingorCertificateofFumigation.非木包装声明或熏蒸证.Inaddition,theSellersshall,withinthreedaysaftershipment,sendbyexpressairmailoneextrasetsoftheaforesaiddocumentsdirectlytotheBuyers.另外，卖方应于货物发运后三天内，用特快专
8、递寄送一套上述的单据给买方。11.SHIPMENT:TheSellersshallshipthegoodswithintheshipmenttimefromtheairportofshipmenttothedestination.Transshipmentisallowed.Partialshipmentisnotallowed.运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到目的场，不许分批，允许转运。12Arbitration:AlldisputesinconnectionwiththisContractortheexecutionthereofshallbeamicablysettledth
9、roughnegotiation.IncasenosettlementcanbereachedbetweenthetwoParties,thecaseunderdisputeshallbesubmittedtotheTradeArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeforarbitration.ThearbitrationshalltakeplaceinBeijing,chinaandshallbeexecutedinaccordancewiththeProvisionalRulesofP
10、rocedureofthesaidCommissionandthedecisionmadebytheArbitrationCommissionshallbeacceptedasfinalandbindinguponbothparties.ThefeesforarbitrationshallbebornebythelosingPartyunlessotherwiseawarded.仲裁：一切因执行本合同所发生与本合同有关之争执，双方应友好协商解决。如双方协商不能解决时，此争执应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会，按照该仲裁委员会仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁。仲裁地点在中国北京。仲裁委员会的
