As a member of the travel team for nine years, every weekend I have the opportunity to meet people from all over the country in a new
2、 location. In addition to my softball skills, my membership in a travel team helped me to develop a challenge to compete with hundreds of other girls. Because of my devotion to the game since I spent most of the summer games, baseball has been consuming most of the time, not with friends and family
3、at home. Despite the pressure my stamina and enthusiasm for the sport moved me. I know that I have a softball talent and I do not want to waste it. I hope that one day, my hard work and sacrifices will be rewarded.Finally, that day came. Nanjiao College provided me with a lot of softball scholarship
4、s and paid full tuition, bookkeeping, room and administration fees for two years. I spent 40 hours a week on the softball field, attending full-time preparatory courses for full-time nursing schools, and helped run the youth camp on weekends.As a college student, my coach and teammate nominated my c
5、aptain and gave me more responsibility. I am responsible for setting team goals, creating training plans, and developing incentive strategies for the team. During this time, my performance began to decline as I was overloaded. I have not prioritized my time, unlike the softball and youth camps, I ha
6、ve spent too little time in my studies. Freed from my hard schedule, I have made my personal wishes too easy. At the same time my time on softball started to be a job for me and I lost my fun. I decided that I should re prioritize my life and put more time on academics. I gave up the youth camp and
7、spent more time learning. Ive learned to balance time and play well at school.Although the transition from family to school life was particularly difficult for me, I overcame the obstacles I encountered and became a more powerful person. I also believe that the experience I have experienced will hel
8、p me to get out of trouble in the future and to help me become more independent and responsible. My interest in health started in secondary school and continued to university. When I was in my first year, I started classes and prepared for nursing schools.However, at the end of my second year of stu
9、dy, my interest shifted to nursing and I consulted my counselor. I moved to Indianapolis in junior year and started exploring my options. My background in team leadership has led me to plan a career. When I grew up, almost every team I participated in served as a captain and took on additional respo
10、nsibilities from that position. I also prefer team sports to individual sports and I realized that I wanted to work in a team environment. In my conversation with my advisor, I first considered integrating health and management into my career. My constant interest in the health field and the consist
11、ent position of team leaders have played a very important role in my education and I hope that I play a more important role in my future. Although I have pursued other interests for several years, I have never completely escaped the health sector.To prepare myself for my future, I have acquired a st
12、rong background in mathematics and science in addition to my health course. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the challenges of intellectual life until the third grade. This year, I decided to expand my knowledge and attend graduate school. When I came in my fourth grade, I switched to a general knowle
13、dge expert and graduated a year ago. The first priority for my graduate school choice is the selection of a project that offers my career many opportunities and prepares me for effective management in a health environment. I believe that the curriculum provided by Arizona State University can not on
14、ly leverage all the skills and experience I have previously gained, but also take it to a new level. I also believe that ASU can provide me with the knowledge and credentials to successfully solve the healthcare challenges.After completing my postgraduate work, I sought a position as a hospital admi
15、nistrator. Although I know that these positions are highly competitive, the future will only become more intense, but I believe that if there is a chance to explore the education and research opportunities and policies of the ASU School of Health Management. With the ASU MHSA program, ready for futu
16、re challenges, I become the hospital administrator.Knowing that success often comes from good education, I know ASU, as one of the most respected schools in the United States, can provide me with the skills needed to overcome obstacles in this area.
