13、cturers(sellers).10.包装证明:熏蒸证明并在外包装上加施ippc标识或非木质包装证明。packingcertificate:beneficiaryscertificatecertifyingthatthewoodpackagingmaterialsinthisshipmenthavebeentreatedandofficiallymarkedippcorbeneficiaryscertificateofno-woodpackingmaterials.11.装运通知:卖方在货物装运后,应在两天内将合同编号、商品名称、数量、毛重、发票金额、和起运日期用传真通知买方。保证货物系全新
14、，未曾用过，并完全符合本合同规定的质量、规格和性能。thesellersshallguaranteethatthegoodsarebrandnew,unusedandcorrespondinallrespectswiththequality,specificationsandperformanceasstipulatedinthiscontract.13.检验和索赔inspectionandclaims:在交货以前，制造厂应就订货的质量、规格、性能、数量/重量做出准确和全面的检验，并出具货物和本合同规定相符的证明书。14.不可抗力:无论在商品制造或装运或转运期间,如有不可抗力事件发生,卖方将不
15、对由此而导致的逾期或不能交货负责。但此时,卖方应立即将不可抗力事件通知买方,并于通知后十四天内以传真方式向买方提供一份由不可抗力事件发生地权威机构出具的不可抗力事件证明。卖方不能取得出口许可证不得作为不可抗力。在这种情况下,卖方仍有义务竭尽全力尽快交货。如不可抗力事件持续超过十周,买方有权撤销合同,买方在银行所支付的费用由卖方承担.latedeliveryandpenalty:incaseofdelayeddelivery,exceptforforcemajeurecases,thesellersshallpaytothebuyersforeveryweekofdelayapenaltyamountingto%ofthetotalvalueofthegoodswhosedeliveryhasbeendelayed.anyfractionalpartofaweekistobeconsideredafullweek.thetotalamountofpenaltyshallnot,however,exceed5%ofthetotalvalueofthegoodsinvolv
