3、式、接受教育实习的中小学学校现状、实习的时间安排、实习指导教师现状、实习评价体系五个方面进行分析。对“时间集中型”模式下的分散实习形式、模拟实习形式、微格实习形式、基地实习形式的优缺点进行了比较；对实习时间的安排和实习时间的长短进行了分析；对实习指导教师的现状从实习指导教师资格、高校派遣指导教师难、部分指导教师对教育实习指导的目标不太明确、教育实习过程中形式化倾向较严重等几方面产生的原因进行了分析；对接受教育实习的中小学学校的现状进行分析,找出难于建立稳固、理想实习基地的原因；对教育实习评价体系的现状从实习生成绩评价和高校指导教师工作评价两个方面进行分析。并提出了相应的对策和建议:针对传统的“
4、时间集中型”教育实习模式的不足,提出了构建“时间分散型”全程教育实习模式,将教育实习当作是一个对学生从入学开始到毕业的系统的、全方位的培养过程；针对实习指导教师现状,提出了在教育实习中要加强对实习指导教师的学习和管理针对接受教育实习的中小学学校现状,我们必须通过多种渠道建立和巩固好的教育实习基地；对于实习生成绩评定的片面性和随意性特点，提出了定量的评价体系标准；由于高师实习指导教师缺乏工作评价体系，导致指导实习生效果降低，因此需要建立健全高师实习指导教师评价体系。 关键词：湖南人文科技学院 体育教育 实习 现状调查 对策 2AbstractThis article through the li
