3、. Comparison of newborn weight changes and first defecation time between 2 groups.,There were 2529 cases in control group and 2865 cases in study group. There was no significant difference in birth weight between two groups but there was significant difference in the weight before discharge (p0.05).
4、,The newborns in the study group got the advanced time of first defecation, meconium turning yellow and the recovery from physiological weight loss after swimming, with significant differences compared to the control group (p0.01).,4,2. Changes of newborns jaundice index (serum bilirubin),The study
5、group (including 502 cases) got obvious lower neonatal jaundice index compare to the control group through analyzing the change of neonatal serum bilirubin level in 3rd day, 4th day and 5th day with clinical significance (p0.01).,Hyperbilirubinemia was found in 15 cases in control group compare with
6、 6 cases in study group.,5,3. Neonatal NBNA score,The study group got higher NBNA score than the control group , showing that swimming could improve neonatal nerval behavior development.,6,Influence of neonatal swimming on neonatal weight :There was no significant difference in birth weight between

8、es and skeleton:Rezviakovs research showed that daily swimming for 40 days increased the weight of fast and slow muscles in white rats, altering the size of plane section and the relative amount of different fibers in the muscles.,1.1 Neonatal swimming promotes growth of muscles and skeleton,Neonata
9、l swimming (water exercise) promotes development of the exercise system and the increase of strength of muscle contraction (picture is the newborn only 10 days old).,The slow muscle developed characteristic of an intake fast muscle. Muscle and skeletal growth directly promote the increase of weight.

Sun Meinong and other researchers proved that the delay of defecation an
14、d meconium turning yellow was one of the reasons contributing to serum bilirubin exceeding the normal range in full-term newborns in the 3rd to 4th day after born.,2.1 Delay of defecation is one of the reasons leading to jaundice abnormality,12,Research proves that Scientific and gentle stimulation
15、to the skin promotes neonatal growth and development after born. Humans burn out more energy in water than on land, and intestinal peristalsis was strengthened, defecating more meconium. So do the newborns. The earlier the meconium was defecated and turned yellow, the better nutrition was absorbed.,

17、 in the neonatal intestine leading to no urobilinogen formed. -glucuronidase in the neonatal intestine analyzes the conjunctive bilirubin to lipid-soluble non-conjunction bilirubin after glucuronic acid off, with partly defecated in mecnium. The meconium in the neonatal intestine contains about 80100mg bilirubin equal to 510 times the daily production.,
