1、2013年四川英语高考作文 评卷见闻与反思,隆昌县教研室 郭时健,四个体会,1.高考阅卷工作神圣但不神秘 2.高考阅卷太累人 3.公平 公正 给分有理 扣分有据 4.学生的英语写作水平令人担忧,今年四川省考生一共是51.68万。由于一份试卷要二个人评，所以总试卷就是100多万份，总的评卷人员有507人。 时间从6月9号到18号，正式阅卷是11号开始。 每人总量应达到2800到3000份。 分组，每组一个小组长，人员有32人。,一、高考作文评分细则分析 （一）、总体评分原则：要点加上语言分 原则上应按照考生表达的要点数归档。,（二）、按五个档次给分，列表如下,说明,在同一档次内，根据语言错误的多
2、少确定分值。1-2个错误，取该档高线；3-4个错误，取该档中线；5个错误，取低线。6-7个错误，降至下一档的高线；8-9个语言错误，降至下一档的中线；10个错误降至下一档低线。 如果累计要点数出现有半点的情况，先按全要点归档，1-2个错误，将其归为上一档取其低线，3-4个要点，将其归于本档取其高线；5个错误，将其归于本档取其中线；6-7个错误，将其归于本档取其低线；8-9个错误，将其归入下一档取其高线。 不能降二个档次给分。如写了5个要点，在没有字数、书写、大小写及标点的扣分下，作文的最低得分不能少于22分。不能在三档里面给分。,四川省高考作文再现,某中学生英文报近期开辟专栏，讨论学习习惯问题
