2、工作。”在银行间同业竞争如此激烈的今天，我想问在座的各位，你们是在为了什么而工作呢？是为了农行更好的发展，还是为了自己每月固定的收入呢？当然，我希望得到的回应是前者，因为我相信在座的各位，谁都不想成为另一个“比尔” 。那么在努力工作中，如何才能让我们的农业银行得到更好的发展，才能将它打造成真正的精品银行呢？我认为应当从两个方面着手一个是产品，另一个是服务。作为一名基层的工作人员，对于产品的研发我没有太多的话语权。而我力所能及的是更好的服务。在当下这个社会，金融业的竞争，是一种信誉的竞争，更是一种服务的竞争。谁的服务好，就能更适应顾客的需要，就能抢占更多的市场。我们常说，顾客是上帝。只有用心服务
3、，才能得到客户的信赖；只有用心服务，才能使客户体验到温馨；只有用心服务，才能使我们农行在激烈的竞争中处于不败之地。记得我刚到大堂经理岗位上的时候，由于客户资源不足，而且语言沟通有障碍，业绩一直没有突破。那个时候，心里是着急的，也是无助的。在不断的学习和摸索中，慢慢发现在当下这个市场环境下，我们首先要做的应当是拓展客户。如何拓展客户？其中一个重点就是微笑，在接触客户的过程中，微笑，拉近了我和顾客之间的距离；微笑，让我愈发的充满自信；微笑，让我的营销过程变得越来越顺利。当然除了微笑之外，我们还应当要设身处地地为客户着想，不是单纯的为了推销产品而介绍我们优质的产品。而是要根据客户的需求，实实在在地为
4、他进行资产配置。让客户在我们营销的过程中获取他认可的收益。树叶绿了又黄，黄了又绿。就这样，秉承着“以客户为中心”的宗旨，我们将一直行走在路上。也许，我们曾经因为客户的误解而委屈过、哭泣过；也许，我们曾因为工作的枯燥而烦闷过、茫然过。但是，服务无止境，发展没尽头。我们一直践行着“只要有百分之一的希望，就要尽百分之一百的努力”的理念前进着。伙伴们，既然选择了远方，就该风雨兼程；既然选择了农行，就该奉献真情！我虽然只是一名普通的员工，但我深知，我的一言一行、一举一动都代表着农行的形象。所以从走上农行岗位的那一刻开始，我就下定决心：用心服务、用爱经营。因为我不希望二十年后，自己成为另一个“比尔” 。相
