5、or the purpose of standardizing FREP archive management, bringing the archive categorization, catalog, identification symbols and notation methods more rational and accurate, and efficiently utilizing the project documents. 2.0适用范围适用范围 SCOPE本标准适用福建炼油乙烯项目档案的分类编号。This Specification is applicable for n
6、umbering FREP archive categories. 3.0定义定义 Definition3.1档号档号 Archive Number 福建炼油乙烯项目档案整理和管理过程中，以字符形赋予档案的一组代码。A group of character codes assigned to the archives in the process of consolidation and management for FREP archives. 3.2档案类别号档案类别号 Archive Category Number 福建炼油乙烯项目各参建单位需要交付的文件类别代码。是档案的基本单位，是构
7、成档案分类 的主要成分。Archive category codes for the deliverables by each involved parties for FREP. They are the basic elements for archive management and the main components for archive categories. 3.3 项目号、装置号、单元号项目号、装置号、单元号 Project No. and Unit No. and Subunit No.把福建炼油乙烯项目 FEL 阶段及总体项目的项目号为 001；每个 EPC 合同设一个
8、独立的项目 号，其它 E+P+C 项目根据实际情况来划分项目号；其它项目项目号、装置号、单元号参照装 置单元表 FREP001-IPMT-ENG-PR-0002Rev7（项目号为 EPC 阶段项目号）。Numbers 001is assigned to FELand Whole Project for PREP. An independent project number is assigned to each EPC contract, and the project numbers for E+P+C contracts can be specified as demand. Other
9、Project Number、Unit No. and Subunit No. Refer to FREP Unit List FREP001-IPMT-ENG-PR-0002 Rev7 （Project Number is EPCProject Number）.3.4案卷号案卷号 Volume Number 四位号码，从 0001 开始。A three digit number, starting from 0001;4.职责职责 Responsibilities各参建单位、IPMT 负责提交交付的文件组卷、分类、编目、编档号完整性和正确性。Each involved parties for

11、zing SpecificationDCC 负责指导、监督各参建单位交付文件格式、编目、档号正确性。DCC is responsible for instructing and supervising the correctness of deliverable format 、cataloguing and archive numbering for the archives delivered by the involve parties for FREP. 5.项目档案及电子文档的档号结构及标识项目档案及电子文档的档号结构及标识 Structure and Identification
12、for Project and Electronic Archive Number 5.1档号标识档号标识：采用采用 7 级类目级类目，其中一级类别号为其中一级类别号为 FREPPA；二级为项目号二级为项目号；三级为装置号；四级三级为装置号；四级 为单元号为单元号；五级为文件类别号五级为文件类别号；六级为专业号；七级为案卷号。六级为专业号；七级为案卷号。Identification for document number: 6 levels are used, specifically, Level 1: PREPPA, Level 2: Project Level 3: Unit No.,
13、Level 4: Subunit No., Level 5: Document Category No, and Level 6: Discipline No.； and Level 7: Volume No. 说明：Notes:1、 其中专业号只针对档案类别为基建类施工图、竣工图，其它类别的档案专业号为 00。The discipline number is only for the construction drawings and as-built drawings, and the discipline number for the documents in other categories will be assigned with 00. 2、 单元号不足四位的，添加 0 成为四位。If the unit number is less than 4 digits
