1、 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘 要 作为人类历史上伟大的思想家、近代自由主义思想的奠基人，洛克从虚拟的状态下的自然权利出发，借鉴人类历史的自由思想精华，根据当时的时代需要，建立了以个人主义为特点的自由思想。洛克从自然权利论、社会契约论、分权制衡理论的角度系统地阐述了其自由思想及其实现途径。洛克的自由思想在西方思想发展史上具有重要的地位，对自由主义的发展做出了杰出的贡献。但是，从本质上来说，洛克的自由思想的本质是资产阶级的自由思想，有其阶级局限，目的是为资产阶级的政权合法性进行辩护。我们在肯定洛克自由思想的历史地位的同时，应该用批判的精神审视其哲学自由思想和政治上享有的
2、自由思想。 本文共分为四部分： 第一章，这部分主要阐述了洛克自由理论的思想渊源。这部分主要是该部分论述了洛克之前自由思想的发展概况，中世纪时期的基督教神学自由思想，进入近代，由于霍布斯是近代政治哲学的奠基人，所以该时期重点论述了霍布斯的自由思想。 第二章，这部分主要阐述了洛克自由理论的内容体系。该部分首先分析了洛克自由理论的宗教背景；其次介绍了洛克对自由概念的界定。最后从虚拟的状态下的自由与政治社会中的自由两个层面上系统阐述了洛克的政治上享有的自由思想。 第三章，考察了洛克政治自由的实现。该部分探讨了洛克保障政治上享有的自由实现的两个方面，一方面是，在政治社会中建立政府。政府并不是拥有无限的政
3、治权力，它强大的政治权力应该受到限制；为了实现对政府权力的制约，他提出了一系列的政府制度的措施，政府的权力应该受到限制、政府的行为应当遵守法律和政府的权力应该分立等三个方面；第二方面，洛克还要求实行政教分离。 第四章，考察了洛克政治自由观的影响。该部分首先阐述了洛克政治上享有的自由观的历史地位。接着阐述了洛克的政治上享有的自由思想对世界政治实践的影响；最后分析了洛克政治上享有的自由思想的局限性。 关键词：洛克 自由 政治自由 自然法 宗教宽容 II 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract John Locke is a very important founder o
4、f the modern liberalism. He studied the traditional thinking of Western liberalism, and in accordance with the needs of his times, he found the thought of liberty, which laid a solid foundation for the development of subsequent liberalism. The basic content of Lockes liberalism political philosophy
5、was systematically explained mainly at points of view of natural rights, social contract and separation of powers. Lockes liberalism political philosophy played a very important role in the history of Western liberalism, and made an outstanding contribution. However, the essence of his thought has l
6、imitations, and it is for the purpose of bourgeoisie to defend the legitimacy of the regime. While we confirmed his history status, we should also critically examine his philosophy freedom thought and political freedom thought. This article is divided into four parts: The first chapter inspects the
7、ideological origins of Lockes liberty theory. This part discusses the liberty theorys development before Locke. In the Middle Ages, there was Christian theologys freedom, and in modern times, as Hobbes was the founder of modern political philosophy, so his liberty thought is gave a significant discu
8、ss. The second chapter inspects content system of Lockes liberty thought. First of all, it analyzes religious background of Lockes liberty thought; then, it introduces Lockes definition of liberty. He defined freedom as a kind of “capacity“, and he took liberty compared to will and necessity, in ord
9、er to make a more clearly meaning of liberty; lastly, under the natural state of freedom and the political and social state of freedom, it systematically discusses Lockes political freedom. The third chapter inspects the achievement of his political freedom. It discusses two aspects of the realizati
10、on of political liberty. The first one is establishment of the Government. 11、lar sovereignty; Second, Locke also carry out the separation between political and religion. The fourth chapter inspects the impact of his political freedom. First of all, this part discusses the historical status of his political liberty. His concept of liberty embodies the chance of liberalism of
12、the ancient time to modern periods. On Hobbesbasis, Locke further enhance the status of the liberty, which makes modern liberalism an official formation; then it explain Lockes political libertys impact of the world political practice; lastly, it analysis the limitations of Lockes political freedom.

16、承古希腊中世纪的自由学说，下启近现代自由主义的发展。可以说，洛克之前的自由观是深受宗教神学思想影响的形而上学自由观，洛克之后，自由思想重新回到正常发展的轨道上来，自由开始成为一种现代思潮。因此研究洛克的自由思想不但可以使人们加深对自由的理解，更可以进一步了解自由思想发展的轨迹，使人们真正认识自由，使自由不断完善并思想深入人心，为人类所接受，最终使其成为一种普世的价值。 如下是本论文在写作过程中参考的国内学者对洛克的政治上享有的自由思想的研究现状： 国内的学者对该思想的研究主要可以以分为三类：第一类是以洛克政治哲学的某一部分思想作为研究对象，诸如刘笑言的“同意与义务 对洛克政治义务理论的解读” （ 长春市委党校学报2 0 0 8 年第 1 期） 、蒋永甫的“财产权与有限政府 洛克政治哲学的内在逻辑” （ 武汉大学学报 （哲学社会科学版）2 0 0 8年第
