5、步和社会的发展，各行各业的竞争都愈演愈烈，对于工程建设领域也变得复杂多样。人们对市政工程质量问题日益关注，而施工过程中的项目质量管理对于一个项目是否成功至关重要。工程项目是一个渐进的过程，市政工程施工项目质量管理是围绕市政施工项日质量方面进行的指挥、协调、控制等一系列活动。工程质量是指工程满足业主需要的,符合国家法律、法规、技术规范标准、设计文件及合同规定的特征综合。加强工程项目质量管理其目的就是为了满足社会成产的需要。本文从市政工程施工项目质量管理的背景出发，结合市政工程施工项目的特点，剖析了我国市政工程项目质量管理的现状和存在的问题。通过借鉴国内外质量管理研究成果，对现代质量管理理论和方法
6、进行分析，提出了我国现阶段加强市政工程施工项目质量管理的对策。通过系统的介绍了项目、项目管理、项目质量管理的基本概念和管理方法，并分析研究了项目质量管理中所涉及到的项目质量策划、项目质量控制、质量保证和质量改进等问题。最后通过案例对施工项目质量管理进行了系统分析。本文研究的目的就是为了提高我国项目质量管理的水平，以及为以后施工项目质量管理给予借鉴。关键词：项目管理；工程质量；项目质量管理5AbstractIn todays world the rapid development of science and technology, international competition has b

8、lems become more and more attention, and in the process of construction project quality management for a project is successful crucial. The project is a gradual process, the quality management of construction project is the construction project quality around the command, coordination, control and a

Engineering quality is to show the project meet the owners needs, in accordance with national laws, regulations, technical standards, design documents and the contract characteristics. Strengthening the quality management of engineering project whose purpose is to satisfy the

This article from the construction project cost management background, combined with the construction project of the characteristic, has analyzed our country construction project quality management status and the existed problems. Through drawing lessons from the domestic
