2、度 1500mm，建筑高度 27.45m，建筑耐火等级为二级；公寓楼建筑面积为 6439.5 平方米，全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，结构设计使用年限为 50 年。该公寓在设计时充分考虑了北京的地理特性，在建筑图设计时，考虑抗震设计规范的要求，满足结构稳定性，抗震条件，以及使用性的规定。结构设计时充分验算结构的轴压比，剪跨比，周期比，以及位移比是否满足规范要求，在设计时运用 PKPM（2010）以及探索者等软件，使结构计算更加准确，使绘制施工图更的加方便不易出错。只有对结构充分的考虑分析，才能使自己的设计更加符合规范，更加满足使用要求。关键词：公寓楼设计 框架结构 建筑设计 结构设计 PKPM 电算
