2、的契机下得到很大的发展。由开始只是注重量的增加到后来对建筑质的重视。 为了发掘深圳中小学的地域特征并提高未来中小学校园建筑设计的品质,研究深圳中小学校园建筑发展状况有着重要的意义。 本文研究的主要内容是深圳中小学校园规划、 建筑设计的发展历程、 存在问题及发展趋势。历史及现状研究以深圳1979年建市以来的校园建筑的发展为主。一方面,1979年改革开放以来由于国家政策的倾斜和地理位置等的优势深圳经济得到了罕见的飞速发展,城市规模迅速扩大,城市人口大量增加。城市中小学的建设在需求量大增的情况下,受到各方面的重视,政府大量投入资金,使得中小学建筑从量到质得到巨大的提升。大量建设的中小学即使有的现在看

3、来设施朴素简陋,但是符合当时国情和经济现状,且基本满足了深圳居民对基础教育的需求。由于深圳的基础教育改革在广东乃至全国具有超前性、实验性,且深圳毗邻港澳,往往能够很快地接触到比较先进的设计思想,因此深圳中小学校园的设计理念比较先进,涌现出许多优秀具有创新性的建筑案例。另一方面,由于这座城市经济增长和城市建设进程飞速,在发展过程中,由于资金投入、城市规划、资源分配不均、建设仓促等原因,许多已建成的中小学现在看来难免存在各种影响师生使用、甚至影响教育实施的问题。这就需要尽可能的找出存在的问题,提出可实施的解决办法。本文通过对中小学校园建筑历史及现状的研究,可以总结出校园建筑未来的发展方向,对教育建

4、筑的研究和设计起一定的启示作用。 本文共分5章,按照分析具体案例及影响因素之后再得出结论及针对主要问题提出应对策略的思路进行。通过分析中小学校园建筑的发展与变化、影响因素等内容,循序渐进,逐步深入,最后提出论文所要解决的问题并予以明确的回答。 关键词关键词:中小学校园建筑发展;影响因素;存在的问题;发展趋势Shenzhen development of the primary and secondary school buildings study IIAbstract Abstract Since Shenzhen City was established , along with the

To explore the geographical characteristics of Shenzhen primary and secondary schools and improve the future design of pri

7、mary and secondary school construction quality, building on the campus of Shenzhen development of the primary and secondary schools is of important significance. In this paper, the main content is the development process of planning, architectural design of primary and secondary school campus in she

8、nzhen,and existing problems and development of the trend .The study of history and existing condition of primary and secondary school campus building in Shenzhen is mainly after 1979 Since Shenzhen City was established. On the one hand, since the reform and opening up in 1979 ,because of the states

9、preferential policies and Geographical advantages,Shenzhen economic has been rapid developed, the size of the cities expanded rapidly, the urban population increased significantly. For the circumstances of the demand of the construction of primary and secondary schools in the city increase, the impo

10、rtance attached by all sides, the large number of investment funds, making primary and secondary schools from quantity to quality building a huge improvement. Construction of a large number of primary and secondary schools even if some now seems plain shabby facilities, but in line with national con

11、ditions and the economic situation at that time, and basically meet the needs of the residents of Shenzhen basic education needs.As the reform of basic education in Shenzhen has advanced, experimental nature among Guangdong and even the whole country ,and Shenzhen development of the primary and seco

12、ndary school buildings study IIIbordering Hong Kong and Macao, Shenzhen is often able to quickly access to the more advanced design concepts, Shenzhen primary and secondary school design is more advanced, there were many outstanding innovative construction cases. On the other hand, because of the ci

13、tys economic growth and rapid urban construction process, in the process of development, as capital investment, urban planning, the unequal distribution of resources and hasty construction, etc,many of the primary and secondary schools now all seems inevitable impact of the use of teachers and stude

14、nts, and even the implementation of education issues. This will require as much as possible to identify existing problems and proposed solutions that can be implemented. This paper based on he history and existing conditions of the primary and secondary school buildings, can be summed up the future

15、direction of development of campus building, it can enlightening education building research and design in a certain role. This paper is divided into five chapters, after the analysis of specific cases and influencing factors ,it can concludes and deal with major issues and coping strategies. Throug

16、h analysis of the development and changes in factors of campus construction of primary and secondary schools , step by step, gradually deepening, the paper concludes with a clear answer to the question to be solved.
