1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文江苏纵横软件有限公司发展战略研究姓名:庄宇申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:邹礼瑞20050612江苏纵横软件有限公司发展战略研究 摘 要 江苏纵横软件有限公司(以下简称 ZH 公司)是一家以软件开发、系统集成和 IT 培训为主营的软件企业。由于市场竞争日趋激烈,企业的可持续发展受到严峻挑战。本文运用管理学的理论方法,研究适合企业发展的战略及实施对策。 本文首先对 ZH 公司自身经营现状、 组织结构和发展中遇到的问题进行分析,找出自己的优劣势;然后对企业外部环境,包括软件行业、政府相关政策、社会发展带来的机遇、竞争对手进行分析,辨析环境中的机遇和威胁;接着采用

2、PEST、波特五种竞争要素、SWOT、核心竞争力和竞争战略选择等分析方法进行研究,提出企业发展战略的系统思路。 本文研究结论是 ZH 公司虽然具备一定的系统集成业务和 IT 培训业务的经验,但是由于系统集成竞争的加剧以及核心竞争力的缺失,公司应当逐步完成“从集成到软件“的战略转变,确立在电子政务和教育行业应用软件开发的领先地位,明确软件(Software) 、方案(Solution)以及信息增值服务(Service)的“3S“战略方向。同时提出强化企业管理、完善企业组织,加强技术创新、不断开发新品,贯彻以人为本、坚持服务制胜,加强竞争合作、构建战略联盟等四大实施战略对策。 关键词:软件,核心竞

3、争力,战略 RESEARCH IN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF JIANGSU TONGMAC SOFTWARE CO., LTD. ABSTRACT Jiangsu Tongmac Software Co., Ltd. (hereafter called ZH Company) is an IT company specialized in the field of software developing, system integration and IT training. Due to the ever-increasing competition in this

4、market, the company is now faced with serious challenges. Using the theories method of management, this thesis has researched in the strategies and counter plans for the development of the company. Based on the present management conditions, organizational structure and problems for development, thi

5、s thesis firstly studied the advantages and disadvantages of ZH company. Later by external environment research, including software industry, related policies of government, and opportunities creative by social development, this thesis made analysis on the opportunities and threats that ZH Company h

6、as encounter with. Finally, using analyzing methods as PEST, Michael Porters five competitive forces, SWOT, core competency and competitive strategy selection, this thesis proposed the systematic ideas of the development strategy of ZH Company. The research of this thesis concludes that due to the f

7、ierce competition in the field of system integration, decreasing profit rate, and the lack of core competence, ZH company should gradually carry out its strategic change from Integration to Software, establishing its leading role in the e-government software and education software, and applying the

8、3S strategy as Software, Solution an Service. At the same time, it put forward the solution for the strategic revolution by improving the business management and business structure, strengthening the technique innovation and developing the new products. It is also important to set up the concept of

9、people first and prevailing service as well as to strengthen competition cooperation and establish the strategic alliance. 11、on and the future of the country. Software industry will become one of the emerging industries with the largest industrial scales and the broadest prospects in the 21st century. With Chinas successful entrance into WTO, more and more multi-national corporations are considering China as one of the to

12、p key areas of their competitive strategies. Chinese software enterprises have been forced to participate in international competition. As a member of software industry, the author is even more concerned with the development or survival of these software enterprises after finishing the IMBA course i

13、n Jiaotong University. Therefore, the author chooses his company, Jiangsu Tonmac Software Co., Ltd. (hereafter called ZH Company) as the subject. Using competitive advantages and competitive strategies theories as guidance, opportunities-threats and strengths-weaknesses analysis and other useful too

14、ls as methods, the author made external environment research for the development of software industries as well as internal structure analysis on ZH Company. Based upon research and analysis, the author proposed integrated ideas of the development strategy of ZH Company, and summed up the companys c

15、ompetitive strategy and policies. The research finding is of direct guiding significance to ZH Company and of considerable help to work in the future.
