1、Reflection of My 1st Micro-teachingIn my lesson, I aimed to let my students know the differences between “How many oranges/ eggs are there?” and “How much bread / meat is there?” In order to achieve my objective, I chatted with my students in English before the class to make them adapt the class bet
2、ter and designed a PPT which contained the contents that I would teach in the class and some exercises that I prepared for my students to strengthen their understandings of these points.In the process of having class, I made full use of my PPT and explained the points in my own words, but not just r
3、ead aloud what was on the PPT. As for my languages, most of them are clear and easy (Anything else? Any volunteer? Clear? ) , but not so fluent. I used both English and Chinese, so when I used English, I always could not express myself clearly and fluently. I thought I need more practice to improve
4、my ability to express myself in English. Of course, on the other hand, I wrote down something on the blackboard, but my handwritings were not so good, and when I wrote at the blackboard, I blocked some of my students, because I was not used to leaning to one side while writing. What is fortunate is
5、that my class carried out in an orderly fashion according to my plan and my students were active in my class. I planned to chat with my students in English for four minutes and teach the points and check their understandings by asking questions for 12minutes, and so did I. besides, I had eye contact
6、 with my students frequently in the class, and what they did made me know that they really got the handle of the teaching points. In a word, my 1st Micro-teaching had both advantages and disadvantages.
