5、动化的管理模式已经难以满足温州市当前户籍管理工作的需要。因此，通过运用时下流行的软件系统开发技术，设计并实现一套有针对性的户籍信息管理系统是非常必要的。 本文通过对户籍管理相关文献的阅读，并在深入分析户籍管理工作的业务流程基础之上，收集和整理城市居民户籍管理系统的相关资料，并确定城市居民户籍管理系统的建设目标和主要功能需求。其次，提出了城市居民户籍管理系统的设计方案和设计目标。系统基于 JAVA 平台，采用 B/S 模式三层架构，利用 JSP 动态网页开发技术进行开发与实现，后端采用 SQL 企业版数据库系统进行业务数据的存储，使开发系统具有跨平台、可移植、可扩展、可维护等特点。三层架构模式的
6、使用使得户籍管理系统层次分明，业务结构清晰，更加易于团队分工与合作开发。经过详细的设计，系统最终实现了用户服务、基础管理、户籍管理、业务管理、查询统计以及系统管理等六大功能模块。 目标系统的设计与实现，是针对温州市瓯海区户籍管理科户籍管理业务需求而定制的，在系统需求确定、开发技术成熟的前提下，为温州市瓯海区户籍管理科提供了户籍信息管理和查询的重要途径。通过该平台的应用，极大减轻了户籍管理科人员的工作压力，使得内部工作人员能够更好地管理户籍信息；对外，提供了更加便捷的信息查询渠道，使得想要了解户籍信息的人员可以随时且方便的获取所需要的信息。 关键词：关键词：公安信息化，户籍管理系统，JAVA 平
