1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文企业型社区居家养老模式研究姓名：张登利申请学位级别：硕士专业：社会保障指导教师：王茂福20090601华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I摘 要 摘 要 随着社会改革的深入，我国进入社会转型、经济转轨时期，在这个社会特殊时期，我国人口老龄化， 家庭养老功能逐步弱化的问题日益凸显。 在社会发生巨大变化形势下，单位办社会的功能逐渐向社区剥离，社会成员开始由“单位人”向“社区人”转变，尤其是企业型社区中的老年人，他们较一般企业社区中老年人更为“单位化” ，他们转变过程中的助力更大，对社区养老的要求更胜一筹，对社区和
2、家庭为其搭建的养老平台要求会更高，本来基于这个出发点，从企业型社区老年人的特殊养老需求入手，从老年人需求和社区养老的取向入手， 分析了企业型社区养老中的问题和影响企业型社区对养老模式选择的因素，结合企业型社区养老相关理论和养老模式的研究，从而构建了一个更加合理的社区居家养老模式。 文章基本结构遵循描述现状，总结资料，提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的实证分析的思路进行，共分为以下四个部分。 1.对社区及社区养老相关定义的界定以及归纳总结几种典型社区养老理论，为后面的企业型社区的养老模式研究做好理论准备。 2.以汽发小区案例研究，从该社区老年人养老意愿和需求出发，结合文中所提到的养老模式研究相关理论
3、，对企业型社区居家养老所存在的现实问题进行归纳总结和分析。 3.回顾我国养老模式的变迁历史，从宏观角度分析我国城市社区养老模式的发展，在此基础上分析影响企业型养老模式变迁的微观因素。 4.提出企业型社区养老模式应该充分重视养老保障，建立以养老保障为基础，居家养老为主体，社区养老为依托的社区居家养老模式的结论。 本文的创新之处在于目前国内的研究文献多对国有、 集体企业离退休人员的养老问题或者社区养老问题进行单独研究，前者属于纯粹的社会保障问题，偏向于对集体企业离退休人员的养老中基金的管理， 责任的划分或者是养老方案的选择等社会保障问题进行讨论和研究；而后者则属于社会学中社区养老问题，所以一般偏向
