1、Unit 9Grammar : InversionBy Ivyriver 2006.9.28Grammar Inversion 倒装的分类倒装的定义倒装的几种情况自我检测题更多资源 Inversion 倒装的定义把在正常词序下通常较晚出现的成分移至句 首,使之处于突出的位置,从而受到特殊强 调,这种语法手段叫做前置(Fronting);使用 前置手段表示强调,有时不必改变词序,有 时则引起倒装。 不引起倒装的前置成分通常是宾语、主语 补语和宾语补足语。 A horrible mess youve made of it. The other two pieces he ate himself.Inversion 倒装的分类通常英语句子的自然顺序是主语在前,谓语在 后。把谓语动词放在主语前面即为倒装结构。 可分为两种情况:一种是 另一种是全部倒装是整个谓语置于主语之前;部分倒装是作用词置于主语置前。全部倒装, 局部/部分倒装。The door burst open and in rushed the crowd.Here

3、comes a bus!Never have I found him in such a good mood.1. 某些时间/方位副词或拟声词+不及物动词+主语全部倒装副词:here,there,out,in,down,up,away,off,south, now,then但主语是代词时不倒装动词为go,come rush,flow,hang,lie等表示位置转 移的动词,而主语又较长,通常用完全倒装。Out rushed the boy. Down came the brown wave.Here he comes.Now comes your turn to give us a talk.
