2、一方面进行探讨的产物,有其存在的时代背景和研究价值。由于文化传统的差异和社 会制度的不同,中外高校道德教育各有千秋,但随着经济的发展、社会的进步,各高校又呈现 出相互学习、相互吸收的趋势。比较研究中国与外国不同高校的道德教育,其理论意义在于 它可以丰富和发展高等教育学的内容,有助于深化对辩证唯物主义认识论的认识,有助于引起 广大学者关于“高校道德教育”理论体系的探讨和争鸣。其现实意义在于适应了我国加强 大学生道德教育的现实需要,有利于唤起全社会对高校道德教育活动的关注和支持,能为高校 道德教育构建长效机制的目标模式提供帮助。本文拟从以下三个方面来阐述:第一方面为导 言,内容包括:选题意义、研究
3、现状、研究方法、写作思路及创新等。第二方面共包含五个部 分:第一部分为基本概念和关系的论述;中外高校道德教育发展的特点概述;中外高校道德教 育的发展趋势。第二、三、四、五部分为中外高校道德教育的比较:通过中外高校道德教育 目标的对比,分析各国道德教育目标的特点与重点,找出中外高校道德教育目标的异同;通过 中外高校道德教育内容对比,分析各国道德教育内容的侧重点,找出中外学校道德教育内容的 异同;通过中外高校道德教育方法上的对比,分析各国道德教育方法的类型和特征,找出中外 学校道德教育方法的异同;中外高校道德教育环境上的对比,分析各国道德教育环境的侧重点,找 出中外学校道德环境的异同。第三方面则在
4、中外高校道德教育教育目标、教育内容、教育 途径和方法以及教育环境建设趋同性和差异性比较分析的基础上,吸收借鉴国外高校道德教 育的有益经验和特点,针对中国高校道德教育的目标确立、内容确定、方法运用和环境建设 提出相关建议。在教育目标上突出政治性和国家性,即强化基本要求,充实道德教育内涵,强 调知行统一;在内容设置上注意层次性和连续性,即弘扬优秀成果,丰富德育内容,完善德育体 系;在教育途径和方法上注重熏陶和践行,即创新德育方法,开拓德育的途径;在环境建设上实 现主流参与和意识内化,即综合建设道德教育环境,构筑高校道德教育理论体系和实践体系。 从而进一步推进当当前我国高校道德教育的改革与实践,进一
