2、当代农村留守儿童心理特点的理论建构 通过文献法收集相关的理论与实证 研究材料，进一步探究农村留守儿童心理特点的理论模型。 第 3 章当代农村留守儿童心理特点的问卷调查 通过问卷调查，初步确定农村留守 儿童心理发展特点及其影响因素。 第 4 章当代农村留守儿童心理特点的深入访谈 通过对农村留守儿童的代表性个体 的个案访谈，进一步验证和补充上一步问卷调查的结果。 第 5 章总的讨论 主要对研究的测验工具和方法、农村留守儿童心理特点及其影响 因素进行了概括，并对本研究中存在的问题与进一步探索的方向进行了深入探讨。 第 6 章结论 总结了本课题系列研究所获得的主要结论。 总之，本研究以多种研究方法，从

14、村剩余劳动力开始大规 模地向城市转移，到 2000 年人口普查时，全国流动人口规模已超过 1 亿，由于受到诸多条 件的限制，大部分农民工在自己进城的同时却无力解决孩子进城就读将要面对的诸多现实 问题，诸如恶劣的住房条件、高昂的借读费用、交通安全无保障等等。加之我国现行的户 籍管理制度和人口分布状况使得这种压力落到流动者身上，这就造成促进城市发展的农村 劳动力不能享受与市民同等的待遇，不能享有国家提供的各种公共服务。于是，他们只能 选择将孩子留在了农村，并托付给其他人代为照看，最终形成了农民工父母与子女分隔两 地的局面。一个新的弱势群体留守儿童由此诞生了（叶敬忠 1等，段成荣 2等，周爱民 20
15、05）1 2 。 早期有些人将父母双双出国潮导致儿童由祖父母抚养称之为“留守儿童”。但是我们 这探讨的留守儿童意义已经不是这个了，本文综述对象是现在“流行”的关于留守儿童概 念的界定。 李雯婷（2005）3 和段成荣等（2005）4 都将把留守儿童界定为父母双方或一方流 动到其他地区，孩子留在户籍所在地并因此不能和父母双方共同生活在一起的儿童。刘允 明（2005）5 将留守儿童概念界定为因父母双方或一方在外打工而被留在家乡，需要他人 照顾的 1 岁以下的孩子、在学龄上一般反应为小学和初中生。曹加平（2005）6 则认为所 谓留守儿童，是指父母双方或一方流动到其他地区，孩子在户籍所在地，不能与父
16、母双方 共同生活在一起，而由其他监护人长期监护抚养或独立生活的儿童。 还有学者在从和城市打工子弟比较中界定留守儿童。农民工子女的教育问题主要表现 为两种情况，一种情况是：一部分农民工子女伴随着农民工一起进城，在农民工务工、经 商所在地人学接受教育，这部分儿童被称为流动儿童；另一种情况是：大部分农民工子女 由于种种条件的限制，不能伴随着农民工进城，而只有留在原籍人学接受教育，这部分儿 童被称为留守儿童（蒋平，2005）7 。2 相关媒体报道的综述“留守儿童”这个特殊群体及其背后所潜藏的问题，一直没有引起家长、学校以及相 关教育机构的重视。直到最近几年由于发生了几起留守儿童的重大事件后，人们才逐渐关 注这个新的社会问题。 从以下数据就能看出留守儿童问题已经引起广泛关注，新浪爱问网页：搜索“留守儿 童”找到网页约 324,000 个，（用时 0.0026 秒）；搜狐网页搜索：搜索“留守儿童”找到 4,856,161 个网页
