3、9摘要：摘要：近年来随着全民健身计划的深入开展，越来越多的人开始关注自身健康，并积极参与到健身热潮中来，同时北京体育大学学生走出校门在俱乐部代课兼职的人数越来越多。研究北京体育大学乒乓球专项的学生在俱乐部代课现状是十分必要的。论文以北京体育大学乒乓球专项2008、2007、2006 级的学生为对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法、统计分析法对北京体育大学乒乓球专项生俱乐部代课的现状进行了调查研究。调查结果显示北京市商业性俱乐部因为有明显的地域优势，给许多学生提供了很多的兼职代课机会，但同时俱乐部和专项代课同学都存在下列问题：代课专项生自身技战术不行，有急功近利的心态，代课专项生不能很好
4、的解决俱乐部代课时间和学校上课时间，代课专项生自身素质不行，代课时没有很强的责任心容易迟到等；代课俱乐部器材不足，配置器材陈旧，学生的学习与锻炼因而受到了局限，从而学生学习效果降低，俱乐部代课内容单调，北京体育大学乒乓球专项生代课激情不够。为了更好的为专项生服务,本文在调查的结果上提出如下建议：专项生在平时要加强自身专业理论和技战术水平，多学习各种教学方法，并能够灵活的运用。要注重素质的培养，使其养成好的习惯，在代课是要对学生负责，不要迟到；合理的安排自己的代课时间，不要和学校上课时间冲突，并以学校课程第一位为原则。从俱乐部方面来说要加大在高校学生中的宣传，还要注意代课学生的素质和水平，在自身
