1、上海理工大学本科毕业论文1毛皮冲孔机的设计毛皮冲孔机的设计摘 要用毛皮制作的服装以其保暖,舒适,高贵等特点备受人们的喜爱,若在服饰中加入药材,可起到保健,治病的作用。天然皮革具有透气性,这主要是通过皮板中的纤维间隙、毛细管和毛孔来透气。毛皮带有毛被,无毛孔,因而透气性较差。要使药力透过皮板充分发挥药效,就必须在皮板上开孔而又要保持毛被的美观。本文探讨了毛皮冲孔机的国内外研究进展、开发背景、市场需求,并对毛皮冲孔机在开发、设计、使用需求上的状况进行了分析。明确了毛皮冲孔机的设计目的和设计意义,确定了设计理念和原则要求,在此基本上进行了毛皮冲孔机设计。通过对毛皮结构的分析,提出了“针刺熱熨”的冲孔
2、方法,采用圆锥冲针冲刺和冲针热熨扩孔,圆满解决了在皮板上冲孔又不伤毛被的问题。通过槽轮和凸轮的运用,实现了机器的多工位运转,大大提高了在皮板上开孔的效率和质量。在对各部分机械结构的多种方案进行比较基础上,结合生产实际,给出冲孔机整体结构及各零件的设计。通过参数计算对冲孔机的主要零件进行选择和校核,最后应用通过Catia软件实现冲孔机的三维建模和装配,通过AutoCAD软件实现二维工程图绘制。简言之,本文旨在设计一种能帮助企业提高生产效率,降低生产成本的新型毛皮冲孔机,不单是通过传统的二维设计图纸,而是通过三维毛皮冲孔机的设计2软件 Catia,将冲孔机形象生动地展现在人们面前。关键词:毛皮针刺
