5、stitute of Technology哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文- I -摘 要随着企业的融资方式由直接融资方式逐渐向间接融资方式转变，即渐渐摆脱了依靠借款的融资方式。 也使商业银行在风险承受能力没有改变的同时，降低了盈利能力，这种变化的出现，使得商业银行传统的贷款业务在一定程度上有所萎缩。而随着社会经济的高速发展，商业银行也从中发现了新的商机，这种商机是商业银行依靠自身不断创新的产品得以实现的。中间业务就是商业银行实现这一商机的重要产品，也就是说随着社会个体对金融服务需求的增加，商业银行在发展中间业务上将会有更加广阔的发展空间。本文首先介绍了国内外商业银行在中间业务的现状和基本理
6、论观点，并对国内外商业银行在中间业务上的发展进行了对比。全面系统的分析了国内外商业银行在中间业务上的发展，同时结合建行开发区支行目前的中间业务发展状况进行了分析。特别是用了一章的篇幅重点深入分析了建行开发区支行在中间业务上存在的问题，从而进一步分析了问题存在的原因。针对存在的问题及原因对建行开发区支行在中间业务的发展提出了几点建议，认为只有做好客户经理的培训、合理调整客户结构、基于传统业务开拓中间业务、开发特色优势产品、完善考核激励制度、完善成本核算等工作，才能发展好中间业务。关键词建行开发区支行；中间业务；金融创新哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文- II -AbstractAbstract
