6、客服务水平提高和安全生产的必要条件。过去人们一直使用传统的人工方式来进行航班信息的传递和管理，效率低下、人为差错多、时效性差，同时对于航班信息的查询、更新和维护困难。而采用信息技术对航班信息进行管理，不仅保证了航班信息处理和传递的准确，还能够提高工作效率，减少人为差错，降低运营成本，为提高航班正点率提供保障，实现对旅客及各驻场单位的优质服务，使得机场管理部门以及驻场的各大航空公司等，能够及时、方便、安全地获取航班运营信息。 结合哈尔滨太平国际机场的运营业务情况， 研究分析机场的组织结构和所属部门业务需求，以航班信息流转为主线，采用 PowBuilder 8.0 和 Sybase12.5 为开发
7、平台，借鉴国、内外先进的航班信息系统开发经验，设计并实现哈尔滨太平国际机场航班信息查询系统。 本文研究分析了国、内外大型机场航班信息查询系统的现状，针对哈尔滨太平国际机场的实际情况，引入消息中间件技术，以消息队列的形式异步传递、检索查询信息，降低服务器负载，使得用户能够及时、准确地发送和接收信息。同时，系统基于 MVC模式（ModelViewController，模型-视图-控制器）进行开发，采用角色权限访问控制技术进行系统权限的管理，提高性能、保持系统稳定性，能够有效地增强系统的安全性，并最终实现系统。 经过详细的系统测试，对大量测试数据进行分析，表明系统达到用户需求，安全可靠、操作简单、功
