11、n constructing a high quality project at national level in China, construction quality should be excellent, specific requirements include: Sound Construction Quality: through the inspection and assessment as per the construction quality inspection and assessment standards issued by the State or rela
12、ted industry, the qualification rate for unit works should amount to 100%, Welding quality rate should amount to over 96%, no leakage on welding joint, flange face, the success of rotary equipment test run, large equipment package test run, the unit commissioning at the one time. 重庆化医 MDI 一体化项目的施工质量
