6、ler mill squeezes material, it does a pure rollering motion, and the roller surface mainly bears huge extrusion pressure in normal direction, but actu- ally, it is influenced by various factors such as the different material size and feeding rate, instable feeding speed and so on, causing correspond

7、ing sliding between materials and roller surface in the process of crushing ma- terial particles, and at the same time, because of the impact of extrusion pressure in normal direction, larger tangential friction is produced, leading to severe wear on roller surface. Material alloys wear-resisting tech- nology Developing and selecting materi- als for roller press grinding roller is mainly to impro

10、ve the wear resistance of roller body. The commonly used grinding roller materials include ordi- nary white cast iron, alloy white cast iron, and high alloy white cast iron. For example, Yang Jianhua adds potassi- um metamorphic agent into Fe -Cr -C overlaying welding alloy to make re- sistant alloy

11、 tough and improve crack resistance, greatly improving the low stress grits wear abrasion resistance. In addition, 0 K grinding, invented by Japanese Kobe Steel(UBE), uses high chromium cast iron to manufac- ture roller set with the surface hard- ness HRC62; Swedish develops a chromium manganese sil

12、icon alloy steel which owns excellent wear re- sistance; Grinding medium of Magni-tion. Cement production consists of four stages, ore breaking, ore grinding, calcination and clinker grinding which is an especially important link. Accord- ing to statistics, the annual cement production of all cement

13、 businesses was 1.388 billion tons in 2008, an in- crease of 5.2% compared to last year. Although the industry maintains moderate growth, it consumes about 700 000 tons of wear-resistant materi- als1, an obvious distance to that in de- veloped countries. Therefore, the wear problem of cement griding

14、 system needs to be solved urgently.
