1、题目题目：哈尔滨市人民法院综合办公楼设计任务内容（包括内容、计划、时间安排、完成工作量与水平具体要求）任务内容（包括内容、计划、时间安排、完成工作量与水平具体要求）拟设计哈尔滨市人民法院综合办公楼工程，地下一层、地上十一层，房屋总高42.60 米。要求采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。本设计包括建筑设计、结构设计、设计概算和施工组织设计四个部分。建筑设计是毕业设计的基础，结构设计是毕业设计的重点。第一周第二周：进行建筑设计。内容包括：建筑方案设计、设计说明书、绘制施工图（平面图、立面图、剖面图） 。第三周第六周、第九周第十三周：进行结构设计。内容包括：结构布置、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、
2、框架及剪力墙的配筋计算并使用 PK-PM 结构设计软件完成结构施工图；从结构方案到设计实践全过程、整理说明书，计算书。第十四周：会签图纸，教师检查学生图纸质量问题，审阅说明书、计算书；进行设计概算。第十五周：进行施工组织设计。第十六周：毕业设计答辩，学生对所作课题进行答辩，全面考核基础知识、设计原理和设计实践。第七周第八周是毕业实习调研。考察实际工程，增强实践知识，搜集图纸资料，记好实习日记，写出实习报告。其中：参考文献篇数：20 篇以上，其中包括外文文献 3 篇以上。 图 纸 张 数：计算机绘图 810 张。说明书字数：1.5 万字以上。专业负责人意见专业负责人意见签名：年 月 日哈尔滨市人
3、民法院综合办公楼设计摘 要本设计由六大部分组成：绪论、建筑设计、结构设计、设计概算、施工组织设计、 结语。其中结构设计主要包括：工程概况、结构布置、刚度计算、重力荷载计算、水平 风荷载作用下结构内力计算、水平地震作用下结构内力计算、竖向荷载作用下结构内力 计算、配筋计算。设计严格按照国家颁布的新规范、新标准进行，设计力求适用、安全、 经济、美观。施工图采用现在工程界比较流行的平面整体表示方法绘制。 本工程为哈尔滨市人民法院综合办公楼，主体结构共 12 层，设有一层地下室。包括： 办公用房、会议室及辅助用房等，主体结构高度 41.4m,建筑总高度 42.6m，建筑总面积 14722。设计采用框架
