2、he “Contract“) is made on the 28thday of May, 2016 between, on the one hand CHINA STATECONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED (hereinafter called the “Client“ which expression shall include the successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns) and, on the other hand, ASSOCIATED CONSULTA

11、e following terms whenever used in this Contract have the following meanings:除非上下文另有要求，本“合同”中使用的下列 名词具有下列含义：(a)“Applicable Law“ means the laws and any other instruments having the force of law in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as those may be issued and in force from time to time;“适用法律”是指此在巴基斯坦伊斯

14、(e)“GC“ means these General Conditions of Contract;“通用条款” 是指通用合同条款(f)“Government“ means the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and/or Provincial Government(s).“政府”是指巴基斯坦伊斯兰共和国/或者是省政府(g)“Foreign Currency“ means currency other than the currency of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.;“国外货币”是指除巴基斯
