1、石河子大学硕士学位论文农八师新型团场建设中的思想政治工作研究姓名：段旭鹏申请学位级别：硕士专业：思想政治教育指导教师：王运华20100601I摘 要 为贯彻党中央提出的解决“三农”问题的方针政策，为落实党的十六届五中全会关于推进社会主义新农村建设的意见，新疆生产建设兵团（以下简称兵团）根据自身实际情况，提出要以“经济发展、生活富裕、场风文明、环境良好、管理民主”为目标要求建设屯垦戍边新型团场。建设新型团场是兵团全面建成小康社会的重要前提，是履行屯垦戍边历史使命的根本保障，更是实现“发展壮大兵团、致富职工群众”工作目标的必要举措。新时期，农八师新型团场建设需要集中社会力量大力发展团场经济和社会事
2、业，更需要进一步加强团场思想政治工作。因为，党的思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。 随着改革开放的进一步深化、市场经济向纵深发展以及团场基本经营制度的贯彻落实，农八师的团场经济建设在取得巨大成效的同时，团场思想政治工作则在一定程度上受到了轻视，这阻碍了团场思想政治工作在农八师新型团场建设中发挥它的政治优势。因此，我们在搞好团场经济建设的同时，也必须加强团场思想政治工作。 本文先是阐述了党关于思想政治工作的相关论述，为接下来的论文写作提供理论支持。接下来结合新型团场建设的目标要求阐述了团场思想政治工作应发挥的作用：服务团场经济建设，推动团场经济发展；调动职工的生产积极性，实现职工生活
3、富裕；提高职工的思想道德文化素质，促进场风文明；倡导环保理念，达到环境良好；推进民主法制建设，力求管理民主。但是农八师的团场思想政治工作存在着政工队伍建设滞后、工作内容缺乏新意以及方法手段单调过时等问题，这些问题严重影响和制约了团场思想政治工作在农八师新型团场建设中的作用。产生这些问题的主要原因有市场经济的发展、团场基本经营制度的落实、传统思想观念的负面影响及政工干部对思想政治工作认识不到位等。为此，在坚持正确原则的基础上，通过深入扎实地进行思想政治教育，探索做好团场思想政治工作的方法和载体以及加强政工队伍建设等途径来加强和改进团场思想政治工作，从而为农八师新型团场建设提供政治保证和稳定的社会
4、环境。 关键词：农八师；新型团场建设；团场；思想政治工作 IIAbstract In order to carry out the policy about the central of Party push forward to solving the issue of “three agriculture” and fulfilling the argument about the Fifth Plenary Sessions of 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party has proposed to push the construc

On the basis of self real facts, the corps of production and construction of Xinjiang (hereinafter shortened form corps) has proposed that deferring to the request of the economy development, the affluent life, the farm custom civilization, the environment better a
6、nd the democratic management to construct a new farm. Construct new farm is important premise that the corps comprehensive construct well-off society; fundamentality guarantee that fulfil the history mission about station troops for opening up wasteland and guards the frontier; indispensable step th
7、at come true the work target about “development and grandness the corps, flush of the employees”. In the new periods, not only does the new farm construction in agriculture construction of the eight division (hereinafter shortened form the Eight Division) need to centralize the whole society power t
8、o develop the farm economy and the society enterprise vigorously, but also needs more to strengthen the work of farm ideological and political work. As the ideological and political work of Party is the lifeline of economy work and other work. With the reform and open more deepen and marker economy
9、depth developing as well as the basic management system of farm fulfilling, meanwhile the economy work in farm of the Eight Division get huge benefit. But, to a certain extent, the farm ideological and political work has suffered scorn. This situation blocked the farm ideological and political work
10、plays its political advantage in new farm construction of the Eight Division. So, not only should we do well farm economy construction, but also needs to strengthen the work of farm ideological and political work. At first, the thesis elaborates the treatise of ideological and political work about P
11、arty, in order to supply theory to next writing. Next part elaborates the function of farm ideological and political work with the request of new farm construction: service to farm economy construction, promote farm economy development; arouse the employees production enthusiasm, cause employees amp
12、le life; improve employees thought and moral diathesis, advance the civilization of farm; spark plug the concept of protect environment, achieve environment all right; push democracy and legal construction, strive for democratic management. But farm ideological and political work of the Eight Divisi
13、on has a lot of problems, such as farm ideological and political workers construction lagging; farm ideological and political works contents short of novelty and the methods of farm ideological and political work are behind the times and sole, and so on. These problems affect and restrict the farm i
14、deological and political work brings into play significant roles in the new farm construction of the Eight Division. The main reasons that result in these problems are the development of marker economy; fulfil the basic management system of farm; the bad effect of traditional concept and farm ideolo
15、gical and political workers cognition about ideological and political work is lagging and so on. Therefore, on the base of right principle, through well-knit ideological and political work, explore the way and carrier of farm ideological and political work and reinforce construction of workers in or
16、der to strengthen and ameliorate farm ideological and political work. Consequently provide political guarantee and stable condition for new farm construction of the Eighth Division.
