4、竞技体育运动后备人才，是竞技运动人才培养体制中极为重要的基础环节。人才的培养具有连续性，任何高级的人才都是从后备人才中经过培训、选拔和筛选而成长起来的。后备人才培养的数量及质量间接制约着高级人才的数量及质量。因此，各个国家和地区都注重竞技运动人才的培养从小抓起，并投入大量的人力、物力和财力，不断提高训练的科学化水平。 本文采用了文献法、问卷调查法、实地访问法、数据统计分析法等，以了解山东省竞技体操后备人才培训基地办学情况的现状及存在的问题，进而探讨山东省竞技体操后备人才培养中的一些问题，以及实践中亟待解决的关键问题。并对其进行分析和讨论，得出以下结论： 1.山东省政府部门对于青少年体操后备人才
5、培养的资金投入不足，社会各界对于青少年体操运动的关注程度远远不够，青少年体操的竞赛训练体系还不完善和稳定。 2.目前影响山东省竞技体操运动员出路的主要因素是运动员在参加体操训练的同时，不能得到正规的文化教育， “学训矛盾”没有得到很好的解决；在训运动员总人数近两年来有下滑的趋势。 3.山东省竞技体操后备力量中，教练员的业务水平还有待进一步提升；从学历结构来看，学历有待于进一步提高；教练员的培训制度没有得到有效的实施，科学选材程度相对落后，教练员待遇还有待于改善。 4.研究表明山东省竞技体操后备人才培训基地的训练，在组织形式、次数和时间上基本上能得到保障。目前山东省用于青少年体操运动员培养的场地
6、和设施比较短缺。 5.影响山东省竞技体操后备人才的因素有：考核制度因子、知识能力因子、组织管理因子、场地设施因子。 关键词关键词：竞技体操；后备人才；因素；对策 II ABSTRACT Our country athletics sports talented person system is the order system which by high-level, intermediate and the primary talented person constitutes together.
