5、 调养肝 气的原 则与方 法,以期丰富 当代中 医养生 保健的 内容。 方 法: 采用中医文献整理、 逻辑分 析 、系统归纳 等方法 ,结合 互联网技术 ,进行 研究。 结 果: 从现有文献可知, 最早史 记 记载了肝 气,文 中肝气 指代一种病变,名曰内关之病。而黄帝 内经中, 并未对肝气的概念作总结,但从论述肝气的文字中可知,肝 气是 肝脏得的精气与功能 , 与 筋肉、 生殖 、衰老、情志、梦境等密切相 关。隋唐以后,各医家更倾向于研究肝气的病理,并把内经建立的 肝气理论运用于临床实际中,总结出了肝气病证 的治 法 。 明 清 以 后 是 肝 气 理 论 成 熟 时 期 , 此 期 明 确
6、 提 出了肝气的 特性为 主升主 动、 性急 性刚、 喜调达而 恶抑郁、 性勇而 能谋等,其生理可概括为疏泄功能。 现 代 有 部 分 医 家 提 出 应 对 肝 气 概 念 进 行 规 范化,并提出了初步 意见。 然 而 , 历 代 医 家 多 将 研 究 重 点 放 在 与 肝 气 生理病理与肝 气病证 的 诊断 与治疗 上,也提 出 了春季养 肝、 养 肝功法 等养肝 之法, 现代研究也多只涉及肝气与亚健康 、肝气与衰老及与某些疾病的相关性。本研究明确了肝 气的概念及与 健 康 的 相 关 性 , 并 较 系 统 地 整 理 归纳提出了 调养肝 气的原 则与方 法, 有 助 于丰富中 医
7、养生 保健学 内容 。 结 论: 通过本研究,进一步阐 析 了肝 气的概念 及相关 生命健 康的重要作用, 而一旦 肝气功 能失调, 必将加 速人体衰 老, 引发 多种疾 病。 故适时适当 地调养 肝气, 对 于增强 人体正 气、 防治亚 健康状 态、 延缓 衰老、提高疾病 的治愈 率等都 具有重 要意义 。关键词 : 肝气; 升发; 条畅; 疏泄; 调 养 1 Study of Health Significence of The Theory of Liver-qi ABSTRACT Objective: Starting the theory of liver-qi from Huang
