2、带来的影响。随着计算机网络应用技术的不断发展和教育改革的不断深化，教育者和受教育者所处的环境发生巨大变化，一方面微博、微信等信息共享平台不可避免的要与现代教育相结合，服务于其中，这不仅是“微时代”对高校学生教育管理发展的要求，更是高校学生教育管理内在本质的发展需要。另一方面隐匿在微博、微信中的一些不良因素对大学生的思想观点、价值理念和行为方式产生强大冲击。“微时代”对高校学生教育管理工作既给予了机遇也带来了挑战，如何应对“微时代”对高校学生教育管理的影响，把我们高校学生教育管理工作开展好，取得实效，是新时代条件下高校学生教育管理的根本目标和重要课题。本文在第三十五次中国互联网发展状况统计报告以
3、及相关研究成果的基础上，通过实地访谈等方式，将“微时代”对大学生的影响进行分析。同时以科学客观的态度、辩证分析的方法对“微时代”给高校学生教育管理带来的机遇与挑战进行深入剖析，提出可行性的对策建议。在“微时代”下，我们要以积极的态度去拥抱微博、微信等信息共享平台，开展好“微时代”下高校学生教育管理工作。本文研究旨在“微时代”对高校学生教育管理既给予了机遇又带来了挑战，辩证分析、趋利避害，把握住机遇的同时，对提出的挑战有针对性的探寻引导思路和优化路径，从而提高我国高校学生教育管理的实效性。关键词：微时代；教育管理；大学生；微博；微信IAbstractWith the birth of the w
