Who is the quickest?T writes some words or letters on the blackboard , then T reads them and let 2Ss from 2groups to listen and point , lets see who is the winner, then give his group one score. (We can find a little T to read.) 2. The big shark.Draw two childr
2、en with some balloons (They stand for two groups), then draw two sharks under the children .The T writes the words on the balloons. Two groups choose 2 Ss to come to the front ,Play “paper, scissors, stone”, who is the winner, who begins the game. If the first one can read one of the words on the ba
3、lloon of the other group , he can shoot one balloon . If he cant read then let the rival(竞争者) reads the word. (if all the balloons are shot , the child will be eaten by the shark and his group will lose one score )3. Words relay.Divide the Ss into 2 groups. Play “paper, scissors, stone” the winner b
4、egins first. She can say a word, the other group should say another word beginning with the last letter.e.g: A: top B: pen A: nine B: eight4. Listen and pick up the letterswords.T sticks some letterswords on the blackboard, find 2 Ss to come to the blackboard, T reads a letterword, the Ss should pic
5、k up the letterword and put it on the desk. The first one will win the game. Then change other 2 Ss.5. Guessing game.Find 2 Ss from 2 groups, one act, the other says the word, if he can say it out, his group gets a score, if he cant, the opposite group will get a score. 6. Whats missing?T takes card
6、s or writes 5 words, review the words first then takes away one card or cleans a word, let Ss guess which one is missing, he who is right will get a score.7. Clap hands.Let Ss say the numbers, if they meet numbers “3.6.9.12” they cant say the numbers just clap their hands, if they make mistakes they
7、 will lose the game. 8. Touching game.Find a S from one group, cover her eyes, let her touch and feel the things and say them in English, she can get a score if she is right.9. Spelling words.Two groups. Each group says one letter, after the last letter is said; all the Ss stand up and say the word.
8、 10. Passing down.Each group has one thing (whatever) to pass down, when T says stop, he who holds the thing will stand up and say the word. We can play it in two groups.11. Monster.Using a monster picture, when T shows the monster , Ss stand up and say “Wow”, when T shows the other cards, Ss should
9、 read the words. 12. Whisper.Divide Ss into two groups standing in two lines. Whisper a word Ss know to S1 in each line. Then S1 should whisper the word to the next S and so on. Have the last S says the word loudly he has heard. The quicker group is the winner.13. Shark.Choose two Ss from each group
10、, the T flashes cards, let Ss look at cards and read words together, when T says “shark”, the two Ss should run to their seat, if the T catches the S he will lose otherwise each group gets one score. 14. Throw the dice.Using a dice to encourage Ss to read the long passages, when they finished readin
11、g, they can throw the dice and get scores.15. Catch the thieves.The T choose 3 Ss. One will be a policeman and other two Ss will be the thieves. Then let the thieves read words with no sound, other Ss read loudly, if the policeman finds out the thieves he will win the game. 16. Clap hands.T claps ha
12、nds, Ss say the words, if T just claps but no sounds, and Ss will not say the words. He who says the word will lose the game.17. Memory game.Check Ss memory ability, first S says “apple”, the second one says “apple, banana”, the third one says “apple, banana, and pear” and the fourth one says Lets s
13、ee who can say the most words. 18. Spell words.Each group chooses one S and stand in front of the blackboard. Other Ss look at Ts picture and say the word; the two Ss spell the word as quickly as they can. He who spells the word out first will win the game.19. Step forward.Choose 2Ss from each group
14、 then have them stand after the same line, then T shows the card, the S who can say the word quickly, takes a step forward, he who gets to the destination first will be the winner. 20. Feeling pass. Ss were divided into two groups, all the Ss stand in two lines, let Ss face to the blackboard. T lets
15、 the last S look at a letterword then the last S writes the letterword on the back of the S before him then until the last one. The first S who writes the correct letterword on the blackboard is the winner.21. Paper scissors stone.Two Ss work in pairs, play Paper scissors stone, the winner will give
16、 commands, and the loser will do the action. If the loser cant do the action. He/she will be punished. -the winner will stick colored paper on his face.e.g. : commands: touch your nose/face/leg Sing/dance/swim hops/ jump to the 22. Finger game.Read the words after the T. When the T stops and shows a fist, all the Ss should be quiet. When the T shows one finger, Ss should read again .He who is wrong will be punished.23. G
