4、分根据城乡收入差距现状再次做出对江西省城乡收入差距有影响的相关特点分析，以做出更有效的对策。具体主要通过观测居民收入增加的幅度，收入差距逐步增大的过程，基尼系数下全省收入差距扩大状况，全省不同社区市居民收入差距扩大状况来分析江西省城乡收入差距的特点。第三部分则是根据上述两个部分来制定出相应的对策来控制和改善江西省城乡收入差距。具体是通过切实搞好社会主义新农村建设，发展农村经济，调整农业内部结构，推进农业产业化发展，加强劳动者素质，加强对贫困地区的扶贫政策，加速推进农村社会保障制度建设，最后从制度上保障农村社会保障制度等方面。通过对江西省城乡差距的现状，特点进而提出相应的措施，把城乡收入差距控制
