Testing way of Silicon weight loss 1. Cut 10 g (min.) size 1 x 2cm silicone rubber parts 2. Dry the samples in a container / Exicator with sodium chloride (CaCl2) 48 hours (2 days) 3. Record the weight of the silicon parts 4. Select the Classification of the article, for example 4, use 200 degree for 4 hours 5. Heat according to the selected category 6. After heated, put again into the Exicator, cool down for 2 hours 7. Record the weight after cooling down 8.
