2、现了系统的半自动化，智能的对系统中的数据进行管理，方便了管理员管理系统及数据的操作、用户物业费的网上缴费以及网上查询的功能。绪论主要描述了系统的开发背景、技术可行性以及系统要达到的设计目标。系统是为了满足信息时代人们对网络缴费需求而开发的。信息时代，人们生活也要紧跟时代的步伐，实现信息化，因此我选择了开发小区物业信息管理系统。由于 java技术已经很成熟了，只要你能想到的功能它都能实现，技术已经不是问题。至于系统要达到的目标，主要是实现用户网上缴费、管理员网上对系统进行管理的功能。开发一个系统，少不了系统分析。在论文中我对系统进行了需求分析和功能分析，对功能进行了详细的说明，并借助用例图和序列
