3、职业技术学校，从而导致了技校所招收的学生大都是中学里面学习较差的学生。而职业技术学校也很自然的成了“学困生”的聚集地。办学效率一直以来都是学校发展的基础，学生学习好了，学校才能越办越好。因此，提高学生的学习成绩是首要任务。对于技校而言，由于所招学生的情况如此，所以提高学生的学习成绩一直以来都是老师们头疼的事。可以这样说，技校学生整体上基础差，没有好的学习方法；老师们在教学中又很难找到解决的办法，或者找到了，但由于各方面原因无法得以实施，最终无法提高技校学生的成绩和学习能力。基于这些原因，本文再结合曲靖某技校的实际情况，在教学中所发现的问题，从学生的实际情况出发，通过学生自身因素、家庭因素和学校
