1、SICENCE 新闻发布 作者:杨俊峰 稿号:NRR_260_14脊髓损伤后神经再生障碍:脊髓损伤后神经再生障碍:Nogo-A 随时间变化的动态表达随时间变化的动态表达目前认为脊髓损伤后神经再生困难与中枢神经系统内髓磷脂关联抑制蛋白表达增加相关,其中Nogo-A 被认为是最主要的神经生长抑制因子。来自中国南京中医药大学的杨俊峰所在课题组,希望应用免疫组织化学染色、Western Blot、实时荧光定量 PCR 的方法,进一步检测损伤脊髓组织Nogo-A 的动态表达规律。发现脊髓损伤后 24 h,Nogo-A mRNA、蛋白表达和免疫阳性反应下降,3 d 后下降至最低,7 d 后迅速上升达到高峰

These changes were observed at both the mRNA and protein level. The transient decrease observed early after injury followed by high levels for a
