1、目的探讨冠心病患者脉搏波速度(Pulse wave velocity,PWV)变化特点及其相关危险因素。方法选取心血管内科住院疑诊冠心病患者 59 例,所有入选者经股动脉或桡动脉进行冠状动脉造影,根据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组 34 例和非冠心病组 25 例,同时详细收集每一位患者相关临床资料,包括患者年龄、性别、血压、心率、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血脂、空腹及餐后 2 小时血糖等结果。所有入选者采用日本 Colin 公司生产的动脉硬化检测仪检测臂踝脉搏波速度(Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity, baPWV)。结果冠心病组与非冠心病组间 baPWV (194
2、5.29251.57)cm/s vs (1481.76267.98)cm/s, P0.05)。结论 baPWV与冠心病密切相关,而 LDL-ch、UA 及 hs-CRP 在冠心病发生发展中起重要作用。【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and coronary heart disease. Method According to the result of coronary angiography, 59 patients
3、were divided into two groups, 34 patients had history of coronary heart disease and 25 patients had no coronary heart disease. baPWV was measured, relevant clinical data and the indices of blood biochemistry test were collected. ResultsThere were significant differences in baPWV (1945.29251.57)cm/s
4、vs (1481.76267.98)cm/s, P0.01, Tch(5.311.86) mmol/L vs (4.490.77)mmol/L, P0.05, LDL-Ch(2.691.09) mmol/L vs (2.200.55) mmol/L, P0.05, UA(388.5982.60) mmol/L vs (317.2469.50) mmol/L, P0.01 and Log(hs-CRP)(0.690.32) vs (0.090.52) , P0.01 between two groups. But there were no significant differences in other clinical data between two groups.ConclusionThere is close relationship between baPWV and coronary heart disease. LDL-ch, UA and hs-CRP play an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
