5、务解决方案，利用商流和资金流三流合一将电子商务与传统商业模式紧紧相结合，让企业运行成本更低，功能更完善，性能更优越。 本文主要首先介绍 ERP 及电子商务的相关理论，包括 ERP 的概念，ERP 的发展以及趋势，随后介绍电子商务理论。第三部分详细描述了 J 公司 ERP 项目建设概述，不仅包括 J 公司及项目背景，也将 ERP 项目建设项目，从项目开始，选型，计划，执行以及评估完成等主要内容详细介绍；第四部分主要讲 J 企业ERP 系统应用中遇到的问题及其原因，分为管理方式差异，对实施中管理模式的冲突认识不足，适应性程度不一导致对实施效益评价困难；在最后企业 ERP系统管理改进中，我们建议对原
6、有的管理方式进行内部改革，管理观念的转变，企业必须明确自己的需求和实施重点，ERP 系统的实施必须要有管理咨询专家的参与，并加强员工素质的培训完善企业信息安全及监控安全技术策略，法律保障，社会道德的规范， 完善的管理策略等。 本论文创新之处在于结合近两年的 ERP 在中国企业的发展，以小微型电子商务企业应用为基础，并不依照传统的项目管理步骤进行分解，而是划分为项目调研及筹备阶段、项目实施阶段及项目收尾、实装和检验阶段，依托于范围，时间，质量，成本，风险这五个要素开展实质研讨。实践以上方式开展对小微型电子商务企业搭建 ERP 项目及项目日常管理中存在的问题提供有效的、系统的对策及解决办法。 关键
