1、论文题目：东营盐业公司发展战略研究专业：工商管理硕士硕 士 生：张钦河（签名）指导教师：王新红（签名）摘 要随着盐业产业市场的发展，盐业企业战略的研究对促进盐业企业的发展， 提高盐业企业的竞争力，推动盐业企业的经营管理水平上台阶，将起到重大的影响。本研究结合东营盐业公司发展的实际情况，具体的研究分析了东营盐业公司发展战略。文章首先分析了东营盐业公司发展战略研究的背景。 在阐述盐业公司发展战略现有文献综述的基础上，提出东营盐业公司发展战略研究的研究方法和研究内容安排。阐述了本文所依据的企业发展战略研究的基础理论，介绍了东营盐业公司发展现状，然后对东营盐业公司发展战略展开环境分析。 即首先分析东营
2、盐业公司发展战略的外部环境，从盐业行业发展环境的 PEST 分析入手，对东营盐业公司发展面临的机遇和威胁等两个方面展开分析，并运用 EFE 分析矩阵进行外部环境的综合评价；其次对东营盐业公司发展战略的内部条件展开分析，分析其发展具备的优势， 剖析当前东营盐业公司发展存在的劣势，并运用 IEF 分析矩阵进行内部条件的综合评价。在此基础上对东营盐业公司发展战略进行选择与定位，紧接着运用 swot 分析工具对东营盐业公司发展战略的外部环境和内部条件进行综合分析。最后， 提出了东营盐业公司发展战略实施的保障措施。关 键 词：东营盐业公司；发展战略；swot 分析；EFE 分析研究类型：应用研究Subj
