1、摘要摘要噪声污染日益成为影响人们身体健康和生活质量的严重问题,尤其是厂矿企业飞速发展,伴随着大型机器、设备运作的剧增,厂区噪声污染对工厂工人和工厂周边居民正常工作、生活、学习、休息环境的干扰程度和范围也随之加剧。控制噪声成为日益重要的问题。隔声罩是将噪声源置于隔声罩内,隔断其噪声向罩外传播。它既可隔离设备的高噪声,又可以作为高噪声车间的控制室,减少噪声对人体的危害。使用隔声罩是降低各类设备噪声干扰的有效措施,广泛应用于压缩机、鼓风机、电机、电炉、球磨机、粉碎机、冲床、水泵等设备的噪声治理。本文介绍了隔声罩的用途,类型及本设计的隔声罩的特点,阐述了煤气压缩机产生噪声的特点,及隔声罩的隔声原理。该

2、隔声罩应用于大型煤气压缩机上,隔声罩的种类多种多样,采用可拆卸式支撑架,然后在支撑架中嵌插隔声板材。设有进风口,排风口,在进风口处装有 D 型阻性折板式消声器,在排风口处装有 4 台离心式风机,用于排风降温。同时隔声罩内装有温度传感器及一氧化碳浓度传感器理论隔声量为 20dB,隔声罩的风机与传感器联动,通过 PLC 控制来实现隔声罩的智能控制。温度或一氧化碳浓度达到或超过设定的临界值时,与传感器连接的 PLC控制部分会控制发出指令让风机启动排风,以便使空气温度或一氧化碳浓度降低,当温度或浓度值低于临界值时,风机接到来自于 PLC 的命令,停止排风。因此该隔声罩是具有智能控制功能。关键词:隔声罩
