12、升我国中小企业出口的对策 .17结 论 .19参 考 文 献 .20谢 辞 .22延边大学本科毕业论文5第一章 绪 论1.1研究目的经济全球化的今天，中小企业在国民经济中扮演越来越重要的角色。中小企业已经走上国际化经营得当道路，并显示了巨大的出口贸易潜力。研究中小企业出口面临的问题有利于中小企业出口健康发展，为国民经济的发展做出更大的贡献。因此，从中小企业出口现状入手，着重分析中小企业出口的问题，提出相应的对策及建议。1.2 文献综述1.2.1 有关我国中小企业发展状况的文献关于我国中小企业发展状况的文献非常丰富，在林汉川、邱红著，中小企业战略管理（对外经济贸易大学出版社，北京，2007）一书中指出目前，我国中小企业的数量己占全国企业总量的 99.3% ，我国 GDP 的 55.6 % 、工业新增产值的 74.7%、社会销售额的 55.9 %、税收的 46.2 %以及出口总额的 62.3%由中小企业创造的。而且全国 75%左右的城镇就业岗位也是由中小企业提供的。2005 年底，全国工商行政管理机关共登记企业 805.7 万户，包括:国有集体等内资企业 350 万户，外商投资企业 26 万户，私营企业 430 万户。郑毅在中国集体经济杂志社财税金融专栏发表文章中提到 2008 年底，中小企业倒闭已超过 10 万家。仅经济发达的广东省，在 2008 年 2 月至
