1、EBS 库存管理操作实例 11组织间在途转移：检验后接收按照运输方式的不同，Inter-Org Transfer 可分为组织间直接转移（Direct Inter-Org Transfer）和组织间在途转移（Intransit Inter-Org Transfer）。其中组织间在途转移的接收方式有三种：直接接收（Direct Receipt）、标准接收（Standard Receipt）和检验后接收（Inspection Required Receipt）。下面作一一介绍。4) 组织间在途转移检验后接收第 1 步：设置发运网络（Shipping Network）Responsibility: M
2、anufacturing and Distribution ManagerOrganization: M1 Seattle Manufacturing打开路径：Inventory Setup Organizations Shipping Network在 Main 这个标签的行项目里找到 M1 到 M2 这一行，设置如下：Transfer Type = IntransitFOB = Shipment （如果出现警告窗口，点击 OK 按钮确认即可）Receipt Routing = Inspection保存后关闭该表单。第 2 步：组织间转移（Inter-Org Transfer）Respons

5、tity）Responsibility: Manufacturing and Distribution ManagerOrganization: M1 Seattle Manufacturing打开路径：Inventory On-hand, Availability On-hand QuantitySubinventory = sub2此时 sub2 的在手量已由 70 减为 60 了，因为我们在上一步转移了 10 个到 M2 组织。第 4 步：接收（ Receipt）Responsibility: Manufacturing and Distribution ManagerOrganizat
6、ion: M2 Boston Manufacturing打开路径：Inventory Transactions Receiving Receipts注意：一定要切换到 M2 组织下。在 Shipment 框里输入在第 2 步自定义的 Shipment 号码“INT-1234567”，单击按钮 Find在每一行输入 Location，直接输入 M2 然后按 Tab 键即可。最后，保存对 5 个 Item 的接收。再查看目的子库存 dest_sub 下的在手量。Subinventory = dest_sub可以看出，目的子库存的在手量还只是上次操作组织间直接转移的数量 20，因为这次是组织间在途运
7、输检验后接收，虽然做了接收，但在交付前还需要检验。下面就来检验。第 5 步：检验（ Inspection）Responsibility: Manufacturing and Distribution ManagerOrganization: M2 Boston Manufacturing打开路径：Inventory Transactions Receiving Receiving Transactions在 Shipment 框里输入在第 2 步自定义的 Shipment 号码“INT-1234567”，单击按钮 Find对于 Item1 所在的行，打勾后单击按钮 Inspect如上图的选项，
8、直接点击 按钮 OK 即可。同样地，对其余 4 个 Item 作上述操作。最后，保存对 5 个 Item 的接收。再查看目的子库存 dest_sub 下的在手量。Subinventory = dest_sub可以看出，目的子库存的在手量还只是上次操作组织间直接转移的数量 30，因为这次是组织间在途运输检验后接收，虽然做了接收和检验，但还需要接收处理交付。下面就来接收处理。第 6 步：交付（ Receiving Transaction）Responsibility: Manufacturing and Distribution ManagerOrganization: M2 Boston Man
9、ufacturing打开路径：Inventory Transactions Receiving Receiving Transactions在 Shipment 框里输入在第 2 步自定义的 Shipment 号码“INT-1234567”，单击按钮 Find对于 Item1 所在的行，直接打勾即可；对于 Item2 所在的行，打勾之后，还需点击表单下面的按钮 Lot Serial，查找到序列号后确认；对于 Item3 所在的行，打勾之后，还需点击表单下面的按钮 Lot Serial，在出现的 Lot Entry 窗口，点击 Lot Number 框，单击 Push 按钮或者按下组合键 Ctr
10、l +L，自动选择Lot 号，再输入数量 10，然后单击按钮 Done 完成 Lot 号输入；对于 Item4 所在的行，操作同 Item3；对于 Item5 所在的行，除了需要查找 Lot 号之外，还需指定序列号；最后，保存对 5 个 Item 的接收。第 7 步：检查目的子库存的在手量（On-hand Quantity）Responsibility: Manufacturing and Distribution ManagerOrganization: M2 Boston Manufacturing打开路径：Inventory On-hand, Availability On-hand QuantitySubinventory = dest_sub此时再来检查目的子库存 dest_sub 的在手量。由上图可见，数量由 30 增为 40，表示直接接收成功。
