4、 as follows:1双方关系 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES根据经销协议及本协议，甲方特此许可乙方在经销地区销售本合同第 2 条第 1 款规定的产品（下称“合同产品”），乙方应按甲方要求提供规范的服务。乙方所被许可的权利，须在符合经销协议及本协议要求的条件下行使。In compliance with terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Contract, Party A hereby grants Party B to sell and distribute the Products specif
5、ied inArticle 2.1(hereinafter referred to as Contract Products) in the Territory, Party B shall provide with normal and standardized services at the request of Party A. Any rights granted by Party A or contained expressly or implicitlyin any contracts, agreement and appendices signed by both Parties
6、 shall beperformed fully and completely in accordance with the terms and conditions ofthe Agreement and this Contract in the Territory .2. 合同产品、采购计划及最低数量Contract Products, Purchase Plan and Minimum Quantity双方基于发展的需要和市场的目标，经认真协商约定如下：Through serious negotiation on basis of mutual development and marke
