3、地质条件等进行编制。在编制本毕业设计招标文件时，通过查阅资料和相关文献，明确招标文件的内容和格式。在老师的指导下，编制时充分考虑了本工程的工程概况、工程特点和合同条款等，突出招标文件的科学性、适用性和针对性。通过运用所学专业知识以及广联达图形算量软件和钢筋抽样软件来计算本毕业设计项目的土建和钢筋的工程量，独立、系统地完成本招标文件的编制。招标文件主要内容包括：1、招标公告；2、投标人须知及投标人须知前附表；3、评标办法；4、合同条款；5、合同文件格式； 6、工程量清单；7、工程建设标准和图纸；8、投标文件投标函部分格式；9、投标文件商务部分格式；10、投标文件技术部分格式；11、投标资格审查资

This graduation project tender documents is prepared by the design drawings of the fourth phase of the no.1 building of Huadu District and national standards and norms, “Bill of Quantities construction specifications” (GB50500-2013) is included. And combined with the specific environment and geo
6、logical conditions of the fourth phase of the no.1 building of Huadu District.To clear the formats and contents of the tender documents, I refer to a lot of relevant information and literature when I prepared the bidding documents. Under the guidance of the teacher, I took full account of my project
