1、 摘 要企业的安全文化建设是近几年来，安全科学领域提出的，保障安全生产的一种新的思路和新的策略，也是预防事故发生的重要保证。交通施工工程，施工周期长，露天作业且作业环境恶劣，施工难度大，安全事故频发。因此，加强企业安全文化建设势在必行。交通施工企业应把安全工作提升到安全文化建设上面，结合自身的特点，积极建设企业的安全文化，从而减少事故的发生。该论文在深入的研究了企业安全文化理论和层次分析法的基础上，调研重庆某交通施工企业的安全文化并构建相应安全文化指标体系，对其进行评价。分析各元素的权重，指出该企业安全文化需加强建设的环节。最后，对该企业提出了一些建议及改进措施。关键词：安全文化 交通施工 层
